 Jaggery and Giloy: Mix fine powder of giloy with jaggery and take 2 spoons at bedtime and keep in mind that the powder of jaggery and giloy is mixed in equal quantity, constipation will be absolutely fine.


 Triphala, rock salt and carom seeds: Grind 10 grams rock salt, 10 grams triphala and 10 grams carom seeds together and make a fine powder.  Now take 3 to 5 grams of powder with lukewarm water every day, chronic constipation will also end from old age.


 Harra: Make a fine powder by grinding Harra every night, drink this powder with lukewarm water.  The constipation will be removed and gas formation in the stomach will stop.


 Guava: Ripe guava and papaya are very beneficial for constipation.  


 Raisins: Melt the raisins by putting them in water for some time, after that take out the raisins from the water and eat them.  This will remove the complaint of constipation Is.


 Spinach: Constipation is cured by drinking spinach juice, spinach vegetables should also be used in food.

 In pulses, moong and lentils, by adding at least chili-spices in vegetables, you can eat parwal, luffa, tinda, gourd, potato, turnip, spinach and fenugreek etc.  Eat bread of wheat and barley mixed with more than half the bran.  Eat one roti less out of hunger.


 Guava, Mango, Amla, Grapes, Figs, Potato, Raisin, Apricot and Plum, Grapefruit and Orange, Melon, Cucumber, Tomato, Lemon, Cabbage, Carrot, Papaya, Jamun, Pear, Lemon, Bell, Musami, Apple etc.  Consume.
