What not to eat in which month

Chaute jaggery, Vaishakhe oil, cult of brother-in-law, Ashade vine.  Sawan Saag, Bhado Mahi, Virgin Bitter gourd, Karthik curd.  Aghan Jeera, Pusai Dhana, Maghai Mishri, Falgun Chana.  Whosoever avoids so much, does not stay at home with his feet.

 What to eat in which month

 Chait gram, Baisakhe vine, Jaithe sleeping, Ashade game, Sawan Harre, Bhado Til.  Kuwar month jaggery sevai nit, Kartik Mool, Aghan oil, Pus should match with milk.  Magh month Ghee - eat khichdi, get up and take bath early in the morning.  Let us know about them in detail.


1. Chaitra month This month comes between March-April according to the English month. Chaitra Navratri starts from this month.  Eating jaggery is forbidden in the month of Chaitra.  You can eat chickpeas. 


 2. Vaishakh This month comes between April-May according to the English month.  It is forbidden to apply new oil in the month of Vaishakh.  Oil and fried things should be avoided in this month.  Bell can be eaten.  


3. Jyeshtha This month comes between May-June according to the English month.  It is forbidden to play walking in the afternoon in the month of Jeth.  In these months, there is an outbreak of heat, so moving around is injurious to health.  You should sleep more and more.  Bel should be eaten this month.  


4. Ashadh This month comes between June-July according to the English month.  It is forbidden not to eat ripe bel in the month of Ashadha.  Avoid consumption of green vegetables in this month.  But in this month a lot of sports should be played.  Must exercise.  


5. Shravan (Sawan) This month comes between July-August according to the English month.  It is forbidden to eat greens in the month of Sawan.  It is forbidden to eat greens i.e. green leafy vegetables and milk and milk products.  Green should be eaten in this month.  Which is called Haridra or Harda.  III


6. Bhadrapad (Bhado) This month falls between August-September according to the English month.  It is forbidden to eat yoghurt in the month of Bhado.  Buttermilk, yoghurt and products made from it should not be eaten during these two months.  Sesame should be used in rice.


  7. Ashwin (Quar) This month falls between September-October according to the English month.  It is forbidden to eat karela in quarter months.  You should eat jaggery every day during this month.  


8. Kartak This month falls between October-November according to the English month.  Eggplant, yoghurt and cumin are not allowed in the month of Kartak.  Radish should be eaten this month.


 9. Margashirsha (Aghan) This month falls between November-December according to the English month.  Cumin should not be used in meals during this time.  Oil can be used. 


 10. Paush (Pus) This month falls between December-January according to the English month.  Milk can be drunk but coriander should not be eaten as coriander is considered to be cold and is usually very cold this season.  Milk should be drunk this season.  


11. Magh This month comes between January-February according to the English month.  It is forbidden to eat radish and coriander in the month of Magh.  I should not eat sugar candy.  Ghee-khichdi should be eaten in this month.  


12.
